A Correct Set of Equations for the Real-time Ellipse Hough Transform Algorithm

The Real-time Ellipse Hough Transform (RTEHT), by Zhang and Liu, which uses two bi-dimensional accumulators and one uni-dimensional accumulator to detect ellipses, was published in 2005. However, the published equations contain several errors that prevent users of RTEHT from obtaining correct ellipse parameters. This paper presents a corrected set of equations.
