Santos Member summary InformationFrancisco C. Santos (Lisbon,1981) earned his M.Sc. (2006) and Ph.D. (2007) in Computer Science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (IRIDIA-ULB). After 3 years as associate researcher in Brussels, in 2010 he joined the DI & Centria as Investigador Auxiliar. In 2012 he became Assistant Professor (Professor Auxiliar) of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Instituto Superior Técnico (DEI-IST, Technical University of Lisbon). His interests span several aspects of complex adaptive systems, from culture evolution and dynamics of human cooperation, to networks science and cancer dynamics.
