Member summary

InformationOlivier Perriquet was born in France in 1974. He completed a master degree in pure maths and a PhD in computer science at the LIFL in 2003.


His main research interests are in algorithmics, combinatorial optimization and graph theory, and their applications to bioinformatics. He is the author of CARNAC, a software for RNA secondary structure prediction. Since september 2006 he is a postdoctoral fellow at the CENTRIA, where he works on RNA and protein structure prediction.

In parallel he also graduated from the art school Le Fresnoy and presents exhibitions as a new media artist.
